Q&A

Q. What are the features of Exiv?

Exiv has four main features.

[Feature 1]: It penetrates deep into the stratum corneum, ensuring that even the athlete's foot fungus lurking deep within is not lost.
[Feature 2]: The active ingredient "terbinafine hydrochloride," which has excellent bactericidal properties, destroys the fungus that causes athlete's foot.
[Feature 3]: Furthermore, the double combination of the anti-itch ingredients "diphenhydramine" and "lidocaine" quickly soothes the itchiness caused by athlete's foot.
[Feature 4]: The effect lasts for 24 hours, so it works with just one application per day.

Q. Which is best for me: spray, cream, or liquid?

The effectiveness of Exiv EX Spray, Exiv EX Cream, and Exiv EX Liquid against athlete's foot fungus is equivalent. Please use them according to your symptoms.

[Exiv EX Spray]
It has a quick-drying formula and can be easily applied with a spray without getting your hands dirty. It is recommended for areas that are not oozing.

[Exiv EX Cream]
The narrow tip of the tube makes it ideal for applying to small areas like between your fingers. It won't sting, even on soggy areas.

[Exiv EX Liquid]
Because it's a direct mist type, it's ideal for applying to small areas like between your fingers. It also allows for easy treatment without getting your hands dirty.

Q. What's the difference between Exiv W Deep 10 Cream and Exiv EX Cream?

Exiv W Deep 10 Cream is formulated with 10% urea as an antifungal agent to kill stubborn athlete's foot fungi that lurk deep within the skin, such as on the heels. Urea softens hardened calluses on the heels, while the antifungal agent kills athlete's foot fungi deep within the stratum corneum. Urea also improves dryness and cracking of the skin caused by athlete's foot.
Exiv EX Cream does not contain urea (but it does contain an antifungal agent). It has a light, non-greasy texture, making it suitable for those who dislike sticky creams.

Q. Is it okay to use Exiv W Deep 10 Cream and Exiv EX Cream together?

Both products are equally effective against athlete's foot fungus, but it is more effective to use them in combination, applying them to different areas of the body. For example, use Exiv EX Cream on the toes and Exiv W Deep 10 Cream, which also contains urea, on heels with thick calluses.
Please follow the instructions for use and use the appropriate amount.

Q. How long should I use it? I'd also like to know how to use it effectively!

It is important to apply the cream widely, not only to the red and itchy areas, but also to areas where the skin is peeling but not itchy, or areas where the skin is simply thickened and cracked, as these can also harbor the athlete's foot fungus.
It's also important to continue applying the medication every day without fail. We recommend continuing to apply it for about one to two months even after the symptoms disappear.
The best time to apply the medication is after a bath, when the stratum corneum is softened and swollen, allowing the medicine to penetrate more easily and effectively. Applying it after a bath is also recommended to ensure the affected area and surrounding areas are clean.
