How to care for contact lenses
Proper daily lens care is essential for safe and comfortable contact lens use. Always clean and chemically disinfect your lenses after removing them from your eyes.
- When caring for your lenses, please carefully read the instructions for use of the care products you are using.
- For information on care methods and suitable care products, please consult your ophthalmologist.
- Do not use anything other than contact lens care products (such as tap water) for lens care.
Introducing the Rohto C-Cube® Series
For Rohto Pharmaceutical's contact lens care, we recommend "Rohto C Cube Soft One Moist" or "Rohto C Cube Soft One Cool," which can be used for cleaning, rinsing, disinfecting, and storing in one product.
How to use Rohto C-Cube Soft One Moist Cool
- Step 1: Disinfection
- Place the soft contact lens you removed from your eye on the palm of your hand. Apply a few drops of this solution to the surface of the soft contact lens and gently rub each side of the lens 20 to 30 times with your fingers.
- Step 2: Rinse
- Rinse both sides of the soft contact lens thoroughly with this solution after rubbing it clean.
- Step 3: Disinfection and storage
- Fill the lens case with the solution, completely immerse the lenses, and tightly close the case lid. Leave it for at least 4 hours to complete the disinfection process. After disinfection, the lenses can be worn without rinsing.
