Eye fatigue

Most cases of eye strain are caused by tension in the ciliary muscle, which adjusts the eye's focus.
Prolonged use of computers and smartphones can lead to prolonged tension and eye fatigue.

While presbyopia and dry eye are common eye strain conditions, cataracts, nearsightedness, and farsightedness can also cause eye fatigue due to impaired vision.

In severe cases, symptoms may include fatigue, stiff shoulders, headaches, neck stiffness, and even being bedridden due to autonomic nervous system dysfunction, so caution is advised.
