The method involved dropping urine into a test tube containing a reagent, waiting two hours, and then interpreting the resulting precipitate. From today's perspective, it was an extremely time-consuming process, as even slight vibrations could cause the image to disintegrate.

Checkerboard color ball
A colored ball was placed in a test tube containing urine, and the result was determined by observing the change in the ball's color. There was no influence from vibration, and the result time was 20 minutes.

It employs the same measurement principle as the later-released "Do-Test® hCG." Sensitivity has been improved, and the result time has been shortened to 5 minutes.
