If you experience anxiety due to frequent urination during long outings, or if you only manage to urinate a small amount even when rushing to the toilet, or if you have cold hands and feet and experience sudden urges to urinate repeatedly despite not drinking excessive fluids, then Rohto Toirhythm (Goshajinkigan) is for you. This herbal medicine is made from 10 kinds of crude drugs, including Aconite and Rehmannia glutinosa to warm the body, Poria and Alisma orientale to regulate water metabolism, and Dioscorea rhizome and Cornus officinalis for nourishing and strengthening effects. It warms the body and improves troublesome urinary symptoms (difficulty urinating) and urine storage symptoms (frequent urination) caused by aging and other factors.
This medication can be taken by individuals aged 15 and older who have moderate to low physical strength, tire easily, experience cold extremities, have decreased urine output, experience swelling, and sometimes have a dry mouth.

For individuals with moderate to low physical strength, who tire easily, have cold extremities, decreased urine output, edema, and sometimes thirst, this treatment addresses the following symptoms: leg pain, lower back pain, numbness, blurred vision in the elderly, itching, difficulty urinating, frequent urination, edema, and improvement of accompanying symptoms of hypertension (stiff shoulders, headache, tinnitus).

Take the following amount twice a day before or between meals with water or hot water.
Adults (15 years and older): 4 tablets per dose; Children under 15 years: Do not take.
* "Between meals" refers to 2-3 hours after a meal.

Contains (extracted from Rehmannia glutinosa 2.5g, Cornus officinalis 1.5g, Dioscorea japonica 1.5g, Alisma orientale 1.5g, Poria cocos 1.5g, Paeonia suffruticosa 1.5g, Achyranthes bidentata 1.5g, Plantago asiatica 1.5g, Cinnamon bark 0.5g, and Aconite root powder 0.5g).
The additives include CMC-Ca, anhydrous silicic acid, croscarmellose sodium, talc, magnesium stearate, cellulose, hypromellose, macrogol, and carnauba wax.
