Q. How many times a day can I use it?
Instill 1-2 drops into each eye four times a day (morning, noon, evening, and before bedtime).
Q. What symptoms does it treat?
It is effective for itchy eyes caused by pollen and allergies, as well as redness accompanied by itchiness and a feeling of foreign objects in the eyes.
Q. From what age can it be used?
Suitable for use from age 7. However, children may experience a strong cooling sensation, so we recommend the milder type that is less likely to sting.
Q. I am pregnant; can I use this product?
Please refrain from using this product during pregnancy.
Q. Is it okay to use eye drops while wearing contact lenses?
Avoid using eye drops while wearing contact lenses. Always remove your lenses before applying eye drops, wait 5 to 10 minutes, and then reinsert your contact lenses.
