Relief of the following symptoms caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, or sinusitis: stuffy nose, runny nose (excessive nasal discharge), sneezing, heavy headache

For children 7 years and older, spray into the nasal passages once or twice every 3 to 4 hours, up to 6 times a day.
