Is that "common sense" really enough?! A UV risk graph you absolutely must check.

Everyone longs for a woman with beautiful, fair skin. To maintain that kind of skin, the first thing you should be careful about is "avoiding danger."

Ultraviolet rays, which damage the skin, vary in intensity depending on the region and season.
When UV rays are strong, extra caution is necessary, so be sure to understand when you need to be careful and take proper care of your skin.

  1. 1) The further south you go, the stronger the ultraviolet radiation is.
  2. 2) The strongest period of the year is from April to September.
(70% to 80% of the annual UV radiation dose)
  3. 3) Within the day, the two hours around noon are the strongest.
(Approximately 60% of the day in summer, and approximately 70% of the day in winter).

The time of day when ultraviolet rays are strongest is, of course, during the daytime (around 10 am to 1 pm).
It is wise to avoid going out at this time of day as much as possible.

Furthermore, ultraviolet rays are present all year round.
The radiation dose increased from around April and peaked in August.

It is said that the amount of ultraviolet radiation on a cloudy day is about half that on a clear day.
In other words, this means that you can be exposed to the same amount of ultraviolet radiation in two hours on a cloudy day as you would in one hour on a sunny day.
Even on days when the sun isn't out, complacency is your greatest enemy.

What did you think? Are your living environment and behavioral patterns putting you at risk?
If any of these points apply to you, it's important to properly care for your skin by using sunscreen and other products.
